If you have questions regarding the City Court please contact the Court Office. You will only receive a court date if you have Denied the allegations set forth against you.
If you do not appear for your court date, the Judge is permitted by law to enter a default judgment against you and impose fines and/or court costs, which you will be required to pay. The Court will certify the default judgment and failure to appear to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and your driving privileges will be suspended.

Deferrals
If you believe you are eligible for a Deferral and wish to apply for a Deferral please sign and mail the instruction sheet, your payment of $229.00 and copy of your ticket to the Deferral Program c/o City Attorney/Prosecutor, 340 Churchman Ave., Beech Grove, IN 46107. For further information on deferrals call 317-803-9155. IF YOU HAVE A CDL YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A DEFERRAL.
